So I contacted help again, they brought the offer back and once I submitted my report again, they denied it. I reported it, considering I did complete it, but it disappeared the next day. At first, the offer did not appear on the offer status page, so I contacted them, then it appeared (thankfully), but with the status of the offer as "clicked." Meaning, it wasn't completed. I spoke to various agents on the live chat. The offer was for Tunnel Bear, a one-year subscription (40 dollars) for 55,000 credits. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! I purchased an IMVU offer through the website (PC).
